5. Vehicle Sales Process

Enquiries and Reservations Submitting an enquiry or booking a test drive does not constitute a binding contract. A sale is only confirmed when:

3. Payment (deposit or full payment) has been received

Deposits A deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle. Deposit terms:

6. Vehicle Delivery and Collection

Delivery For vehicles delivered to you:

• Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees

• We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control

• Delivery charges apply (unless stated otherwise)

• You must inspect the vehicle upon delivery

Collection For vehicles collected from our premises:

• Collection must occur within 14 days of purchase confirmation (unless otherwise agreed)

• You are responsible for insurance from the point of collection

• All necessary documents and keys will be provided

Risk and Title

• Risk passes to you upon delivery or collection

• Title passes to you upon full payment (unless financed)

• For financed vehicles, title remains with the finance provider until paid in full

7. Vehicle Condition and Warranties

Used Vehicles All used vehicles are sold with:

• A description of their condition (as seen/inspected)

• Accurate mileage recording (to the best of our knowledge)

• Clear title and history verification

• Service history (where available)

Warranty

• New vehicles come with manufacturer warranties (terms apply)

• Used vehicles may include remaining manufacturer warranty

• Extended warranties are available at additional cost

• Warranty terms are provided separately and form part of the sale

Consumer Rights Your statutory rights under applicable EU and local consumer protection laws are not affected by these Terms. Vehicles must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.

8. Test Drives

Requirements To participate in a test drive, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Hold a full, valid Republic of Cyprus or EU driving license

• Provide proof of identity

• Meet our insurance criteria (note: drivers under 21 or 25 may be subject to specific insurance approval, higher excess fees, or may be required to provide their own valid insurance)

Conditions During a test drive:

• You are responsible for the vehicle

• You must comply with all traffic laws of the Republic of Cyprus

• You are liable for any damage caused by negligence

• We reserve the right to terminate the test drive at any time

Insurance Test drives are covered by our insurance, subject to an excess depending on the vehicle value, as well as the driver's age and experience. You may be required to pay this excess for any damage caused.

9. Payment Terms

Payment Security

10. Cancellation and Returns

Distance Sales (Online Purchases) Under EU Consumer Rights Directive (for distance sales), if you purchase a vehicle entirely online without physically viewing it first, you generally have:

• 14 days to cancel from the date of delivery

• Right to a refund (minus reasonable usage/return costs)

• Responsibility for return logistics and costs

In-Person Purchases For vehicles inspected and purchased in person at our premises, there is no automatic statutory right to cancel simply for a change of mind. However, consumer protection applies if the vehicle is inherently faulty or not as described.

Exclusions Custom orders or bespoke modifications are not eligible for cancellation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the Extent Permitted by Law: We are not liable for:

• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
